An environment for families

For family life, the Xumo project includes a green, car-free courtyard, playgrounds for children of different ages, an indoor winter playroom, a library and guest reception halls. The courtyard is planned with seating areas, a closed perimeter, security and video surveillance. Comfort in the apartments and common areas is provided by electricity, water, heating and lift systems, with management and maintenance to be carried out by Family Park Support.
