Family Park — the idea of family and green living
Our path in construction began in Bukhara in 2018. Since 2021 we have continued our work under the Family Park name with a renewed team. We are united by the idea of creating comfortable homes and green surroundings for families.

Our path in construction began in 2018 with the Yangi Sharq residential complex on B. Naqshband Street in Bukhara. Our first building is at 155/1 B. Naqshband Street. At first we worked under the name Bunyodkor. Later we began looking for a name that would express our views more precisely.
We too were troubled by the felling of trees and the loss of greenery in cities. We wanted to combine comfort for families with care for green surroundings in the way we build. Most of our buyers were families. We wanted the new name to carry both of these meanings.
A trip to Greece in 2018 inspired the idea. The harmony of greenery, building colour and architecture at the hotel where our founder stayed strengthened his wish to create the same kind of environment at home: landscaped courtyards, greenery around the house and a comfortable place for family life.
The name Family Park grew out of this search. “Family” stands for the families we build homes for; “Park” stands for the green surroundings we want to create.

In 2020 the idea of green surroundings found a practical continuation in volunteer tree planting in Bukhara. Having seen an announcement calling for volunteers, our founder joined the initiative group. According to him, the group continues this work to this day. Beyond the group’s work, our founder plants trees every year and has helped create several small gardens.
In 2020 we developed our mission, values and strategy together with the team. Since 2021 we have continued our work with a renewed team and under the Family Park name.
In 2022 we planted a small garden next to the Yangi Sharq complex on B. Naqshband Street in Bukhara. A lot of waste used to pile up here. We removed a layer of soil about one metre deep, brought in quality soil, planted 120 elm trees and installed an irrigation system. Our founder still tends and waters this garden today. We looked after other small gardens ourselves at first; later the landscaping department of the city of Bukhara took over their care.
In 2019–2026 we completed 13 residential buildings with a total of 497 apartments.
In May 2026 Family Park Support began maintaining residential buildings.
Today we maintain the first building we built, and our office is located there too. It is the address where our history began and where our work continues today.

Founder
The idea of Family Park was born from a wish to bring together family and green surroundings. We want to create comfortable homes and landscaped courtyards for families. Care after construction matters to me too. That is why we set up building management and maintenance.
